Testimonials

5 stars I have worked with New Concept Care for about 9/10 years now, great company, very approachable line manager, support & advice there when needed, great training/refresher courses regularly and shift patterns that support both the service users needs and the needs/availability of support workers.

Great company to work for. Lovely staff and always supportive. I will give them 5 STARS

My son has been in supported living for the last three years in Beverley sharing a house with a young man with similar autistic needs, due to the support of staff there it has been a successful placement. This has been due to a dedicated staff who put the individual needs of my son first ensuring a calm, caring environment which is essential to their needs.

Our son needed 1-1 for day care. So we used New Concept Care & Nursing which has been very successful. He enjoyed being with all the support workers and after a few years it became apparent that the way forward would be Independent living in a shared house. New Concept Care & Nursing managed it and provided 24hr support. We are delighted with this outcome and cannot fault the management and support provided by New Concept Care & Nursing.

When we were left in the lurch by our private carer we contacted NCCN, they quickly arranged to provide support for mum and dad.  Can't thank them enough, lovely caring people.  Thank you
